A three day long Eid Fair organized by Northern University Business and Entrepreneurship club (NUBEC) of Northern university Bangladesh was held at their Dhanmondi Campus from 25th -27th June 2015.The Fair titled “NUB Young Entrepreneurs’ Eid Fair 2015” was participated by a total of 11 stalls led by young Entrepreneurs of NUB where a wide variety of products including Clothing items, Cosmetics, ornaments, shoes, and gift items were displayed.

Professor Md. Anwar Hussain, Treasurer of the University inaugurated the fair in the presence of Ms. Afia Akter, Convener of Business and Entrepreneurship club. Professor Mustafa Kamal, Dean, Faculty of Business; Mr. Md. Lutfor Rahman, Head, Department of Business, Campus Coordinator Md. Faizullah Kawshik, other faculty members; staffs and students were also present in the inaugural session.

The fair gave the NUB students a platform to exercise their business intellect end entrepreneurial skills beyond the scope of classroom lectures. During the inauguration ceremony, Professor Md. Anwar Hussain acknowledged NUBEC for taking such initiative and at the same time appreciated the young entrepreneurs for their unmatched spirit and dedication that led to the ultimate success of the program. The University wore a festive look as the fair attracted a good no of visitors including faculties and students who spent enjoyable time finishing their Eid shopping at their own campus.
